We have a variety of expertise & experience in our club, from Ex-RAF Physical Training Instructor through to Strong-Man competitor, International Squash Player to Mixed Martial Arts specialist, Semi-Pro Footballer through to Rehabilitation Specialist & Lifestyle/Wellness Consultant & Personal Trainer. With this team of people on board we decided to come up with something very different from that of simple gym training. “Manor-Fit” aims to be varied, easy to do, great fun & something that doesn’t require ‘loads’ of technical equipment. Manor-Fit classes are set to grow in the coming months so please feel free to ask any members of staff about it and simply drop into one of our weekly sessions. The aims are simple – to get you fit & strong, looking good and feeling great. We know that Manor-Fit will be a great catalyst to achieving that and we always want you to achieve your goals.
