England Squash & Racquetball (ESR) Club Charter

We are an ESR Affiliated ‘Gold’ Chartered Club & are proud to have some of the best Squash courts in the Country.  We provide a Mini-Squash Junior Programme & a School Outreach Programme (delivered by CRB checked coaching staff), internal leagues & club handicapped events for both Squash & Racquetball as well as Exhibition matches, Team Festivals and a popular weekly Club Night (& also in the pipeline is an annual 24-hour charity Racquetball marathon in late 2011).  As well as these activities/events there are annual Club Championships for Squash & Racquetball and we host one of 8 National UK Racquetball Series events – and the club is home to many players in those events.  This is a graded competition catering for beginner’s right through to some of the country’s best players & is a tremendously enjoyable day – so there really is something for everyone to get their teeth into.

We also have teams playing in the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire County Leagues as well as playing host to the newly appointed Derbyshire Junior Open on the ESR National Junior Calendar & several other professional Men’s (BSPA) & Women’s (WISPA) Squash events.

The club is also home to many County team training & Club team training events, including Level 4 Coach John Robertson.

Spectators are more than welcome to any/all of these activities/events and with a vibrant social scene in the Courtyard Bar & Restaurant there are many great reasons and opportunities to come to the club and unwind, relax and let your hair down with the whole family.
